National Dog Day!

Happy National Dog Day! May you always show your dog(s) as much or more love than they show you! I couldn’t wish for more goofy, attention seeking Pits that think they are lap dogs! My little monsters, Tank and Peaches, melt my heart.

A beautiful, beautiful thing.

This is probably a strange post, but I grew carrots!!! Yup! Me!

I am not the green thumb type but I decided to give it a go. I have to tell you, there is something very satisfying about pulling these suckers out of the ground! I know you can see that some of them look a little strange, and that’s because I failed to follow the instructions. *Sigh* Apparently, you are suppose to space them out once they get to a certain size so they have plenty of room to grow.  I now know that for next time. None the less, I am beyond excited about this!!!

 

Gelous: End of day 2.

I’m going to keep this super short.

So, it’s the end of day 2 of trying out Gelous. I did the one thing that usually destroys my manicure, washing a ton of dishes! When everything was clean and dry, I noticed a little chipping but nothing too horrible. I’m wondering if different brands of nail polishes will last longer than others over this base. We shall see!

I would say this product is worth the money. The price is right, it prolongs your manicure, and if anything, it’s a nice base coat. 

Effortless Makeup

I find painting my nails very therapeutic. The smell. The shine. The color. Ugh, I can’t get enough! Unfortunately, I am that girl that walks around with grotesquely, chipped nails.

I love beauty and skincare a little a lot more than the average person. Some may call it an obsession. I watch youtubers talk about skincare for hours so it seems peculiar my skincare routine is so basic.
